I get these questions a lot. Here are my best answers...
Hiring a dog walker can provide your pet with exercise, socialisation, and mental stimulation, as well as reduce stress and guilt for busy pet owners.
The frequency of dog walks depends on your pet's age, breed, health, and activity level. Most dogs benefit from at least one 30-minute walk per day.
During a dog walking session, your dog will receive exercise, playtime, and toilet breaks, as well as socialisation with other dogs and people if desired.
Please make sure to inform me of any special needs or medical conditions your pet may have, and provide any necessary medication or instructions.
If your dog doesn't get along with other dogs, I may advise a solo walk.
Make sure your dog is up-to-date on vaccinations, has a collar with identification tags, and is in good health.
I prefer bank transfer to be paid at the end of each week.
Please call, text or email me with your question, and I will do my best to answer promptly.
I will always advise you if I don’t think the weather is suitable for your dog. However, this is rare. I have some preferred shady routes for hot weather. I recommend buying your dog a coat for rainy or cold walks.
On our meet and greet session, I will get to know your dog and can usually offer tips or techniques to address these issues during walks. If I don’t think we are a match, I am always honest about that.
